SUBJECT: Ikeda Wisdom Academy Exam V – REGISTRATION (February 4, 2023)
On February 4, 2023, the Ikeda Wisdom Academy Exam V on selected lectures from The Teachings for
Victory, vols. 1 and 2, will be held for district through national youth leaders.
EXAM
• Exam Date: Saturday, February 4, 2023. No
make-up dates will be available.
• Exams will be held at local SGI-USA centers or
rental facilities. Please confirm the exact time
with your local organization.
• The exam will cover Teachings for Victory, vol. 1
and portions from vol. 2.
• The exam will consist of 34 multiple-choice
questions.
• Examinees will have 90 minutes to complete the
exam.
• Examinees must bring a device to take the exam
(smartphone, tablet or laptop).
ELIGIBILITY
• District through national youth leaders can
register for and take the exam.
• District through national youth leaders who
graduate to the men’s or women’s divisions at
the beginning of 2023 may also register for and
take the exam. See details below.*
• Examinees must register by Feb. 3, 2023,
11:59pm PT to take the exam. Registration will
not be available after Feb. 3 and cannot be done
on the day of the exam.
PREPARATION
• Compiled and excerpted study material, as well
as the exam wookbook with review questions
can be downloaded at linktr.ee/livingbuddhism
or via the SGI-USA Member Resources Portal
(portal.sgi-usa.org “My Exams” “Exam
Study Guides”).
• Review questions can also be found in The Ikeda
Wisdom Academy section of the November
2022–January 2023 issues of Living Buddhism.

Registration must be completed prior to taking the
exam. To register, log in to the

Click “Register” under the Ikeda Wisdom
Academy V Exam.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: Youth leaders who have graduated will have their division updated on the SGIUSA Portal to men’s or women’s Division. For those interested in taking the exam, please contact your
local region or zone youth leaders.
Zone youth leaders should collect the names of these recently graduated youth leaders using the
attached template (attached). Lists should be submitted to the territory youth leaders no later than
Saturday, January 7th. These recently graduated youth will be manually registered by SGI-USA.
